JOSEPH G. SOLIZ - Joseph, the firm's
owner and founder, is an attorney with over 30 years of legal experience. He is a 1976 Graduate of Texas State University-San
Marcos and a 1979 graduate of Harvard Law School. Joseph is an Adjunct Professor in the Paralegal Studies Program at Lone
Star College - North Harris. He admitted to the State Bar of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District
of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. He is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board
of Legal Specialization. Joseph is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. His practice
areas include the following: oil, gas & mineral law; real estate law; corporate, commercial, business and contract law;
family law matters; debtor/creditor issues; litigation and alternative dispute resolution; probate; and estate planning. In
addition to his legal practice, Joseph serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Energulf Resources, Inc.
(www.energulf.com), a publicly traded international oil and gas exploration and production company, and of SER Ninos, Inc.
d/b/a SER Ninos Charter School (www.serninos.org), an open enrollment charter school operating in the Gulfton Area of Houston,
Texas. He currently serves on City of Houston's Civil Service Commission. Joseph has previously served
as a member of the Board of Directors of the Coastal Water Authority, the Executive Service Corps of Houston, the Harris County
Private Industry Council, the Houston Hispanic Forum, the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Bar Association
of Houston, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and SER-Jobs for Progress of the Texas Gulf Coast, Inc. Joseph has also
served on the Strategic Planning Committee and the Shared Decision Making Committee of Houston I.S.D.'s The Rice School/La
Escuela Rice. He is a graduate of Leadership Houston (Class XVIII) and United Way of Greater Houston's Project Blueprint

LAUREN
M. SOLIZ - Lauren is an associate attorney in the firm. She is a 2005 honors graduate of Florida State University
with majors in both Finance and Multinational Business and is a 2008 graduate of the School of Law at Loyola University
in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she also earned a Certificate In International Legal Studies. Lauren was admitted
to the Texas State Bar in November of 2008 and has practiced law continuously in Houston since that time. She principally
maintains a general corporate, commercial and business law practice. However, she also practices in the areas of dispute
resolution, family law, probate, and wills & trusts. Appointed by Mayor Annise Parker, Lauren presently serves
on the City of Houston's Hispanic Advisory Board. She is also employed by the Amicus Search Group as an attorney recruiter.

OSCAR SOLIZ - Oscar is a consultant to the firm in the area of governmental
relations. He served as a local elected official in Nueces County, Texas, for over 30 years and is a director of the National
Association of Counties and the National Association of Regional Councils of Government. He has served on the Democratic National
Committee and has held leadership positions in the Boy Scouts of America, the National Conference of Christians and Jews,
and the United Way of the Coastal Bend. A member of Rotary International, he has held the post of Grand Knight of the Knights
of Columbus Council 1202 and President of the Camp Fire USA Council of Corpus Christi, Texas. His e-mail address is

MICHAEL J. SOLIZ - Michael is a consultant
to the firm in the area of governmental relations and provides legal research and investigative support. He is a 2007
graduate of Houston I.S.D.'s Westside H.S. and a 2011 honors graduate of Texas A&M University where he graduated Magna
Cum Laude. During the summer of 2011 he participated as in the City of Houston Mayo 's Annise Parker Fellowship
Program and works part-time at the University of Texas Health Science Center's Children's Learning Institute. His email address
