WELCOME TO THE SOLIZ LAW FIRM, P.L.L.C. The firm was founded by Joseph G. Soliz, a 1979 graduate of Harvard Law School. We are based in Downtown Houston, Texas. The firm maintains a general corporate, business and commercial practice. Our client base is diverse. We represent a number of small and midsize businesses, as well as individuals and large corporate clients, in a variety of business sectors. The firm has represented start-up companies, non-profit organizations and governmental authorities. Our client list includes both international clients and U.S. based domestic clients, and we handle domestic as well as international matters.
